"They called me saying they had a great price. I have them take my insurance down the liability cuz it actually was a good deal from what I was told. Got my first bill and it was three times as high as it should have ever been. Try to get out of the office how we can get a resolution to this and all I get is back and forth and back and forth. It's great having a local office but if they can't do anything about simple concerns or some reason to have them. At this point, not even paying my first bill yet. Can't say I'd recommend."

We contacted you on 09/24,25,29,30 concerning your billing question. This is a relatively easy problem to solve, if premium is paid. I sent all of the information that I had regarding the accident to our State Farm agent on the next Saturday morning 6/28/2025. To my complete surprise, my e-mail was answered by our State Farm Customer Service Representative Heather B. on the very next Sunday afternoon 6/29/2025. Heather's assistance was above and beyond what was expected as she helped navigate us through the entire process after your vehicle is totaled. "By far, the WORST insurance agency I've come across! My original payment was $68.00 monthly. One month, I saw on my end I only owed $15.00 saw that, paid it. I kept checking it for a balance of more so I could pay it. Nothing ever showed up! When I called them to talk to them, they said it was an issue on their end that the other portion that I owed did not show up on their end. Then they decided to add it to my next month's bill, which put me in a horrible bind! They were not willing to fix their mess up. Instead, they wanted me to pay $68×3's because they added the next month and month after in it. This place is ridiculous! My bill now says $264.71 - They'll just keep charging you even when you've requested them to close your account! Awful place. Be careful doing business with them."
"Hello! We apologize for your billing issue. We certainly do not want our customers not happy with their bills. Our customer service team advised that your bill of $14.15 was a short payment in Dec due to our billing system update. Your next bill in Jan did give you opportunity to pay your monthly installment and the previous. Or, we could have simply taken your normal installment in Dec. You received a balance due notification in Jan, Feb and March. We understand that paying $68X3 would have been a burden. However, no payment was ever received so the balance would continue to be added. Our Customer Service Department applied for a Hardship request to assist you in paying your balance which would defer your payment and help. If you would like to contact our office, we can certainly do our best to resolve this for you. "
